Death initiates life.

As an entheogenic + breathwork companion, I honor death + birth as two aspects of one cycle in the flow of nature.

In every transition, death invites us to let go of a known reality. And simultaneously, birth invites us to step into an unknown reality. Grief exists within that liminal space of what was and what will be.

How we live determines how we die. We can choose to honor the contractions. We can choose to meet death with grace, space, and compassion.

We can let ourselves flow into change, and feel liberated in that allowance. And let that change carry us into a fuller expression of our aliveness.
