An intimate 4 day, 3 night spirit medicine retreat for four AAPI women/femmes to receive the invitation of winter – the season of death – and witness each other as we honor what is changing and dying away, and welcoming what is unfolding and becoming, individually and collectively.

We will journey with breath, sound, reiki, and the sacred mushroom under the stars, supported by the ocean and land. We will nourish our bodies consciously and visit a biodynamic farm.
